Dr. Oz Total 10 Rapid Weight Loss Plan Quick Guide

Are you curious about the Dr. Oz Total 10 Rapid Weight Loss Plan diet, but just don’t have the time to sit through the videos to figure out if this is the right diet for you? Well here is a quick guide on his diet plan that will help you determine if this is a diet that can work for you.
It has been 30 days since the New Year when Dr. Oz introduced his Total 10 Rapid Weight Loss Plan―and dieters are saying “YES” to their weight loss success, largely due to what they have discovered is dieting made simpler, and some say more effective and healthier, just by following Dr. Oz’s New Year advice on the right way to lose weight.
Step #1: How to Start Your Day
The first thing you must do every morning when you wake up is drink a hot cup of water with lemon slices in it to kick-start your digestion process for the day and help detoxify your body.
Step #2: What to Eat for Breakfast
Start your day with a protein-rich breakfast smoothies to help reduce your hunger hormone and keep your blood sugar levels in check
.Step #3: What to Eat the Rest of the Day
Eat three High protein meals each day choosing from poultry, fish or eggs that will not only make your body work harder to digest and metabolize, but will provide you with essential amino acids needed for building muscle that will help burn fat.
Step #4: How Often to Eat
If you feel hunger beginning at any time of the day, you can keep it at bay by drinking a detoxifying, low-glycemic vegetable broth as much and as often as you need to keep you from reaching for processed snacks.
Step #5 & #6: What Snacks to Eat
Snacks are allowed as long as you control what kind and how much. The Dr. Oz Total 10 snack list allows two snacks a day consisting of healthy fat items such as plain Greek yogurt, raw unsalted nuts (22 nuts at the most), nut butter; or, just a good old plain apple.
Along with the snacks you are also allowed to eat as many vegetables as you'd like that includes choices like artichokes, bean sprouts, salad greens, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, snap peas, mushrooms, cabbage, celery, asparagus, eggplant, onions, zucchini, peppers, and water chestnuts to help prevent diet boredom on the taste buds.
Step #7: What to Eliminate
You'll lose weight faster and will have higher energy levels by eliminating this following list of the biggest culprits of inflammation and subsequent weight gain:
• Wheat
• Refined sugar
• Artificial sweeteners
• Dairy
• Alcohol
• Processed foods
Step #8: How Much Caffeine to Have
One cup of coffee a day with unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk is allowed if you cannot drink your coffee black. Or, better yet, discover the benefits of tea as a tasty substitute.

  • 2 tbsp rice powder protein
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Ingredients

  • 3 quarts water
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup winter squash, cut into large cubes
  • 1 cup root vegetables (any of the following: turnips, parsnips, and rutabagas for sweetness
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 4 1/2 fresh ginger slices
  • 2 cloves of whole garlic
  • sea salt (to taste)
