What's better a cheese burger with hot meat or healthy salads or a nice Bowen bread sandwich?
45% of people might be with the cheese burger we can't deny it . 
But if we back to the question and say which food give us better body result burger or healthy sandwich? 
100% is the healthy sandwich.
Some people have wrong though about calories , for example if we take a cookie with 70 calories vs a apple 70 calories too others might take the cookie as well thinking that it's the same thing so your body is healthy as long as it low calories, well this is so so wrong we don't count food as the much of its calories it about carbs and sugar with are the worst thing you might ever eat no matter how law calories you can find but we try to avoid them as much as we can. 
Once you eat small peace of carbs or sugar that makes you want more and more ... Because higher calories food or what we call junk food never makes you feel full longer than healthy salad or what do we call healthy food .
HOW TO GET OVER FAST FOOD:
  1. It's all about using a smart brain to think positive.
  2. Think of how bad is this for you.
  3. Imagine a vision of your body after eating fats vs after eating healthy food .
  4. Take a moment to see how much sad you're gonna be latter eating fast food .
  5. Enjoy your healthy food .
  6. Never think that healthy food Is bad taste when you can make it better .
  7. Think of how beautiful you are after this .
  8. Beauty is not fat or thin beauty is soul so you better stop looking at your body fats as beauty because is causing you dead after 5 years from now .
  9. As you reading this think carefully before it's too late .
  10. See how happy you're gonna be after this hard work .
  11. Drink more water than you eat.
  12. Stay away from sugars and carbs .
  13. Step away from the party tables.
