Eating healthy can be a daily habit for 
The rest of our life for people who have been doing diets and they never worked I personally advice you to do the rapid two weeks weight loss plan it's so safe for every age and it's here in my blog lots of people tried it I did and I'm on my 5th day and it goes really good I know I cheat a little bit but it wasn't that bad o.o 
But what I wanted to say Is don't you ever give up try it and your body will thank you check it on this blog or any other I'm not saying that because it's my blog or something like that.its for you so try it babes
