Juices diet challenge

Today we open a new challenge for this month it's the juices challenge to clean your body and regular you metabolism for better fat burning join us for free 
Starting today .

Follow our instructions before you start doing this challenge please .
What is that challenge and how does it work ?

This challenge is all about juices no solids for 8 days,drink only vegetables juices for 8 days and you can drink as much as you can and any vegetables to lose over 20 pounds so simply believe me guys .
After 8 days keep on this way but you can add fruits juices but drink one cup per day for only 3 days because we're avoiding sugar in the 12 days now you can eat some salads plus the juices (vegetables) and solids vegetables with a banana or berries smoothies when you wake up.
 (no salt only sea salt for taste) 
Do this for 22 days and you will see magical result ,from your 23 day you must started working-out at least 3 times a week because you have only 7 days left to end up the 30 days,keep drinking juices and the salads you can also do soups .
 and congratulations you finished your Challenge.
Rules : 
1- talk to your doctor before you start.
2-if you're still on our 10 total rapid weight loss plan don't start this challenge until you finish our previous challenge.
3- this challenge can not be able to all ages only from 17-60 if your older or younger but overweight tell us before you start.
4-if you didn't follow our instructions we won't be responsible for anything or anyone.
