morning workout

We all lazy to do morning stuffs (exercises ,homework...) but we need to kill that feeling off the journey and get up on our feet.
Today I give you simple workouts for lazy people like me to make it as a routine.
As soon as you wake up you have to do 
10 push ups 
10 sit ups 
10 jumping jacks 
20 squats 
And you can continue your day :)
