So let's start our great oatmeal break fest ;)
The Ingredients

- 1 Cup of oat
- 1 cup of free fats milk and if you don't have it you can use half-fats milk .
- 1/2 banana or small banana
- seasonal fruit you like ( blueberry, berry, strawberry )
- one tablespoon of honey (original)
- 1/2 dry grapes
Preparation
cook the oats according to the pack instructions or cook it by yourself if you already know or eat it uncooked if you like it that way it's cool.
cut up the fruits into bites sized pieces you can do them the shape you want or you can cut only the banana into slices ,once the oats are cooked put the fruits on them and drizzle some honey on them also if you want to add some nuts to it that would be so good but don't over put just 1/2 cup, and enjoy your morning.
