Oatmeal Healthy breakfast

 Healthy oatmeal breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day once you skip it your day diet is completely ruined.Why? because Breakfast is the only way to start your day and it's the only thing to regular and helps you to get a good metabolism.some people wondering how can models have that body if they take a completed breakfast well they do take a full breakfast which is mostly a oatmeal with fresh berry , strawberry and bananas .that helps to keep them full for the whole day.the only secret they do is to take small meals ( Lunch and Dinner) only they keep everything organic... let's just move on from that because I've already talked about it and we're gonna talk about it next days more and more. 
So let's start our great oatmeal break fest ;)

The Ingredients 
 Healthy oatmeal breakfast 
  • 1 Cup of oat
  • 1 cup of free fats milk and if you don't have it you can use half-fats milk .
  • 1/2 banana or small banana
  • seasonal fruit you like ( blueberry, berry, strawberry )
  • one tablespoon of honey (original)
  •  1/2 dry grapes 
Preparation 
cook the oats according to the pack instructions or cook it by yourself if you already know or eat it uncooked if you like it that way it's cool.
cut up the fruits into bites sized pieces you can do them the shape you want or you can cut only the banana into slices ,once the oats are cooked put the fruits on them and drizzle some honey on them also if you want to add some nuts to it that would be so good but don't over put just 1/2 cup, and enjoy your morning.
