♥ Vegetables omelette best recipe ♥
Some people go on diet but they don't know how to keep them favorite food healthy and safe to eat it.
like omelette i'm one of the omelettes lovers and i have the right recipe for you today ;)
Ingredients:
Eggs – 4, beaten with a pinch of salt
Onions – 2 tbsp, sliced
Tomato – 2 tbsp, sliced
Potato – 2 tbsp, chopped
Capsicum – 2 tbsp, chopped
Green Chilies – 2, finely chopped
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Butter – 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder – a pinch
Garam Masala Powder – a pinch
Salt as per taste
Eggs – 4, beaten with a pinch of salt

Tomato – 2 tbsp, sliced
Potato – 2 tbsp, chopped
Capsicum – 2 tbsp, chopped
Green Chilies – 2, finely chopped
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Butter – 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder – a pinch
Garam Masala Powder – a pinch
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat butter in a pan.
2. Fry the cumin seeds till light brown.
3. Pour the beaten egg and cook.
4. Halfway through add the chopped vegetables and green chillies.
5. Sprinkle a pinch of garam masala powder and red chilli powder.
6. Cook for a minute more and turn it over.
7. Cook for another 2 minutes.
8. Transfer to a serving plate.
9. Serve hot.
