So this diet is supposed to be 30
days SGD
diet plus 3 days of master
clean.
The Master Clean Recipe
2tbs Of Lemmon juice + 2tbs maple
syrup + cayenne pepper + glass of water.

This diet is
perfectly safe for you it’s healthy of course .And it will speed up your
metabolism.
That will end on a Tuesday, then the rest of the
week will go as follows:

Saturday
and Sunday: 500
You can eat raw
vegetables and fruits and those all doesn’t count to your daily calories.

2. You can avoid eating
plats beside your vegetables and fruits and make them as your food it will make
you lose more and more.
3. Drink plenty water over
2L a day.
4. Never forget the hot
Lemmon water when you wake up or tea if you would like to.
5. Keep all things healthy
never cheat.
6. For the master cleanse
drink.Drink it at the last 5 days of the diet or you can drink it in the 5
first days over 6 times a day.
7. The master clean is
completely safe and dont worry if you see poop changes its all fine and okay.
8. Try to exercise even 2
times if you can (in a month).

If

stay healthy and away from ( carbs and sugar plus salts)
For your daily food or what you can eat
as calories check, you will have to keep in mind that eating fruits and vegetables
allowed to be your lunch and dinner, so if you take enough of these food and
feel full it’s okay.
You don’t have to create or cook other
food as long as you eat much of veggs and fruits.

but
if you really wanna lose much weight and be so fit then eat only the vegetables
