Kim Kardashian's Doppelganger Kamilla Osman: People Have Been Comparing Me to Her Since I Was 15!

Seeing double! When Kamilla Osman takes a selfie, she's not just following inKim Kardashian's footsteps (or Instagrams), but she's also seeing the famed reality star reflected back at her.

The 20-year-old fashion blogger and designer from Azerbaijan, who now lives in Toronto, Canada, has been compared to Kardashian, 35, for years.

"It started when I was 15 years old, but the most comparison and comments I got on it was this year, when I joined Instagram," Osman tells Us Weekly. "At first I thought it was a bit weird to be compared to someone at all times, but I have learned how to deal with it, embrace it and make the best of it. It is definitely a compliment to me -- Kim is one of the most beautiful women in the world. That being said, I am my own person and I am very much different from Kim. I hope to reveal that soon."

Osman, who regularly posts on her Instagram page, has already gotten more than 80,000 followers thanks to her famous look-alike. She also is getting a taste of Internet trolls.

"Yes, some comments are pretty harsh," she admits to Us.

As for plastic surgery, Osman insists that she hasn't had anything drastic done to alter her appearance.

"I am very open and honest about everything," she says. "There is nothing to hide or be ashamed of. I have even mentioned the enhancements I made, on my page; it is rhinoplasty, which was for medical reasons for breathing, and non-surgical lip fillers. I have not done anything else to my face or body."
