Summer detoxing Drinks

Summer detox drinks to lose weight 

it's summer where all the fast food come back and the weather is so hot so we all need to refresh ourselves with natural drinks rather than buy a juice that contain so much sugar like today's detoxing water that makes you fell happy and losing weight

 Cucumber lemon detox water
This lemony drink is great for boosting the immune system and also helpful in cleansing the harmful toxins out of your body.
You will need:1 liter of filtered water
1 medium sized cucumber, wedged or sliced
1 lemon, wedged or sliced
A handful of mint leaves
Mix it all up in a large pitcher and allow it to stay overnight in the fridge. 





Lemon and ginger water
One of the most refreshing detox drink ever!
You will need:
1 liter of filtered water
1 lemon
½ ginger
Add lemon juice and then grate the ginger, mix it in the water. Have this first in the morning.


Cleanse detox water
To get your body free of toxins and give you an energized boost all day, this powerful cleansing water does the needful.
You will need:
1 liter of filtered water
1 lemon juice
3 tbsp of organic maple syrup/ sugar free maple syrup
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of sea salt

Just mix it all together and drink up.
Pineapple and sugarcane water
A perfect tropical flavor to devour in this heat.
You will need:
1 liter filtered water
2 sticks of sugarcane
Handful chunks of pineapple (fresh preferred than canned ones)
Mix it all up in a pitcher; mash the pineapple and sugarcane a bit for its juices to bring out the flavor. Let it chill in the fridge for a couple of hours, the longer it sits, the better it tastes.





Mango ginger water
What would be better to enjoy the taste of mango in this season? Ginger and mango both work in sync to boost your metabolism.
You will need:
1 liter filtered water
An inch of ginger root
Cup of fresh or frozen mango Just peel and add the ginger root into the water, add mango, then top it up with 2-3 cups of ice cubes and let it sit in the fridge for couple of hours.


watermelon detox
Watermelon is the cooling agent in this drink that lowers your body temperature and keeps you less affected from heat.
You will need:
1 liter filtered water
1 cup watermelon, diced and de-seeded
Handful of mint leaves
1 lemon juice
You can mix it in blender if you like that kind of consistency, or just mix it up and enjoy it chilled.
