Things You Should Never Eat After 8 PM

Once we're on a diet doctors and people say don't eat after 8 Pm , you all must wondering why ?
well basically if you wanna have a better sleep and stay way from heart-attack you should never eat these following food and drink those drink too.

1.Alcohols and smoking
 is definitely an important one to remember. You might think that alcohol and weed will send you straight to sleep but in fact, it has a dehydrating effect on the body ans will send you straight to dead . This lack of water will slow down all the good restorative work your body would otherwise do while you’re asleep. If you must have an occasional drink before bed, ensure you’re drinking plenty of water too.

2.Coffee 
It might sound like an obvious one but there’s a good reason people say you should stay away from coffee at night. And while technically it's a drink and not a food, the caffeine in coffee, fizzy drinks like cola and believe it or not, chocolate will stimulate your nervous system and keep you awake at night. If you must have a hot drink before bed, try something a little more soothing – herbal teas like chamomile are great.

3.Cakes and doughnuts 
Sweet, fatty desserts like cakes and doughnuts are digested at a much slower rate than other foods. Avoid sugary snacks before bed to ensure a good night’s sleep. If you must have something sweet before bed, try something like coconut flakes or dried mango.because all junk food are the worst thing not only before bed it's in your entire life it's so unhealthy and makes you sick and fat by the time . 

4.Spicy Food


That burn in your mouth may last longer than you want it to. These foods can produce an excess amount of stomach acid, therefore causing heartburn, bloating and discomfort which can disrupt sleep.

5.Red Meat
Read meat is high in protein and also tends to be high in fat. Both protein and fat are slowly digested, so this meat will stay in your stomach for quite a while before it is digested fully, causing discomfort and even cramping.

6.vegetables 
Vegetables are inherently nutritious, so you may think that they’re the perfect thing to eat right before bed if you want to stay healthy. In reality, you’d be very wrong. Vegetables tend to have a large amount of fiber, which moves incredibly slowly through your digestive system. This is another late night snack that will only keep you awake longer than you need to be.




7.Chips and Other Processed Snacks
One of the great things about snacks like chips is how convenient they are ­ you can just grab a bag, munch away and be done before you know it. The issue is that processed foods have high doses of mono-sodium amalgamate, which will almost certainly lead to sleep-­related issues that you likely want to avoid. 

8.pasta
Pasta is one of the best foods to eat if you’re hungry because a little bit goes a long way. The issue with eating pasta late at night, however, is that it’s such a fatty food that it will almost certainly lead to weight gain while you sleep. The carbohydrates in pasta turn to fat pretty quickly, so if you’re trying to eat healthy at night you’ll definitely want to look elsewhere.





9.Chocolate of Any Kind

Many people don’t realize that chocolate is actually a source of caffeine, which is the last thing that you want to do before bed. If you wouldn’t want to have a cup of coffee and then go to bed, you should leave the chocolate alone for the same reason.




7. Cereal

A bowl of cereal is a great way to get your body started off right in the morning. The issue with having a bowl before bed,however, is that it contains so much sugar and so many carbohydrates that your body will have no chance to truly rest to allow you to get some sleep.




11.Milk
milk has an age-old reputation for curing insomnia. Many people who drink a glass of warm milk every night claim that it helps them get to sleep. A common reason given is that milk contains the amino acid tryptophan that is well known for its sedative effect.


















Conclusion advice :
no all of you gonna be like "what the hell should i eat" well if you had your dinner there's no need to eat after only if you wanna ruin your life time by time .
drinking water and nice tea helps to sleep better , lose weight , keep your beauty and makes you feel happy the next day,i would chose to drink water and have a nice tea before bed rather than spending my next 5 years with a doctors.
