Mango Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Together, mangoes and blueberries make one indomitable duo. Mangoes are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, dietary fiber and antioxidants. Pairing that with vitamin-packed blueberries, which are best known for their powerhouse of phytonutrients, helps your body ward off diseases. A spoonful of chia seeds add healthy omega 3 fat and fiber to the mix, which, along with a serving of protein powder, is enough to keep you full until  your next meal.

Per 16-ounce serving:

  • 344 cal
  • 11 g fat
  • 36 g carbs
  • 521 mg sodium
  • 10 g fiber
  • 29 g protein

Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
2 scoops protein powder in vanilla
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Preparation

  1. In a blender, mix all ingredients until smooth.
